We have an easy, hassle-free a la carte menu that allows you to pick your size and colour, then call it a day!
We build your pieces in our signature style - wild and whimsical – and always with what is fresh and in season. Let us combine your vision with our expertise to create some epic wedding florals. We reserve the right to make your order awesome!
The Basic Low Down
We are happy to do our best and book events of all shapes and sizes, but we are a little different here at Postmark Flowers! In order to keep our overhead costs low to provide everyone with a chance at beautiful and premium florals for their special day, we do not do face to face consultations for A La Carte Events. Our designers will work with you to discuss all your needs via email and/or phone— trading photos, colour palettes, venue pictures, etc.

Is A La Carte right for you?
A La Carte is delivery only & is right for you if:
You only need bouquets, personal flowers, centerpieces, or a few focal pieces
You don’t need arch or major installations
You don’t need in person consultation, just fill out our form to tell us about the look of your wedding

You’d like us to do the work for you – we’ll pick what is best for your color palette.

All bouquets come wrapped with w/ ivory silk ribbon and boutonnieres in twine. Flowing, hand dyed ribbon from Stella Wolfe is our personal favourite and can be added to all bouquets and boutonnieres.

PETITE POSEY BUD VASES $15 Perfect for cocktail tables or to decorate the bar.
PEDESTAL ARRANGEMENT $135 Beautiful garden style centrepiece in a clear pedestal style vase. Slightly elevated with cascading foliage and flowers.
LARGE ARRANGEMENT $105 Beautiful garden style centerpiece perfect for 10 person round table or interspersed with bud vases on a long rectangular table.
MEDIUM ARRANGEMENT $85 Beautiful garden style centrepiece perfect for 8 person round table or interspersed with bud vases on a long rectangular table.
SMALL ARRANGEMENT $65 Beautiful garden style centrepiece perfect for 6 person round table, signing table or guest book table.

CAKE FLOWERS $50 Jar of loose flowers for you or your baker to decorate your cake.

MIXED GREENERY GARLAND THICK $20/ft MIXED GREENERY GARLAND AIRY $12/ft Any length of wired seasonal greenery garland, perfect as a table runner, strung along a banister, hung over and arch, hung over welcome / seating sign or hung above a doorway.
GARLAND WITH FLOWERS $20 FOR 5 FLOWERS A DIY option for those wanting flowers in their garlands. We will set you up with flowers in individual water tubes that you can plug into your garland as you like. Order a few for a simple look or order a ton for a lush feeling!
HOW IT WORKS
SUBMIT ONLINE ORDER FORM.
Complete our online order form.
Within 24-48 business hours of receiving your Order Form, Postmark Flowers will email you a proposal for your wedding flowers based on the details you provided.
We will hold your wedding date for 10 days, During this time, we can discuss and adjust your proposal on the phone or via email. Whichever is your preferred method of communication.
CONTRACT + DEPOSIT.
After approving your order, send a non-refundable $100 deposit and a electronically approved copy of our contract to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Deposits can be made by e-transfer or credit card. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
MAKE FINAL CHANGES.
Five weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additions, substitutions and small changes
can be made at this time.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Deposits can be made by e-transfer or check.
ENJOY YOUR FLOWERS!
We will have your flowers carefully packaged and labeled and delivered on the date and time specified on your final order.
Pick up is available from our Port Moody private studio. Your order will be packaged for transport and all items be labeled. Pick up is within the following time frames :
Tuesday - Fridays | 1pm-4pm
Saturdays | 9am-12pm

Tuesday - Fridays | 10am-4pm - Greater Vancouver $50
Saturday - Sundays | 10am-4pm - Greater Vancouver $150
*Delivery outside Greater Vancouver is based on availability and event location, additional delivery charges will be applied
PAYMENT & CANCELATION
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking your event. This is to secure your date on our calendar. We ask for the balance to be paid in full 30 days before your event. If for any reason you need to cancel your event, you will receive a 50% refund in cancelled 14 days or more prior to your event. Less than 14 days, any payments made will become non-refundable.
