We are happy to do our best and book events of all shapes and sizes, but we are a little different here at Postmark Flowers! In order to keep our overhead costs low to provide everyone with a chance at beautiful and premium florals for their special day, we do not do face to face consultations for A La Carte Events. Our designers will work with you to discuss all your needs via email and/or phone— trading photos, colour palettes, venue pictures, etc.

The Basic Low Down

Are you the coolest bride on the block who’d rather kick back with a glass of bubbly than meet with one more wedding vendor? Who has a whole Pinterest board of flowers but has no idea what the heck they’re called? Boom – you’re our bride, and Postmark Flowers is your spot for wedding flowers in the Greater Vancouver Area. We have an easy, hassle-free a la carte menu that allows you to pick your size and colour, then call it a day!

We build your pieces in our signature style - wild and whimsical – and always with what is fresh and in season. Let us combine your vision with our expertise to create some epic wedding florals. We reserve the right to make your order awesome!

Is A la Carte right for you?

A La Carte is delivery only & is right for you if:

  • You only need bouquets, personal flowers, centerpieces, or a few focal pieces
  • You don’t need arch or major installations
  • You don’t need a in person consultation, just fill out our form to tell us about the look of your wedding
  • You want to get our signature look for a lower price point
  • You’d like us to do the work for you – we’ll pick what is best for your color palette, with no specific flowers requested

Monday - Friday Delivery within 25km of Vancouver is $50 and will be added to all A-La-Carte orders. It is available between 10am and 5pm.  Weekend Delivery to the Greater Vancouver Area is $125.  Delivery outside Greater Vancouver is based on availability and event location. 

Payment and Cancellation

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking your event. This is to secure your date on our calendar. We ask for the balance to be paid in full 30 days before your event. If for any reason you need to cancel your event, you will receive a 50% refund in cancelled 14 days or more prior to your event.  Less than 14 days,  any payments made will become non-refundable.

What to Expect

Let’s start this exciting journey! The process starts once you fill out our online wedding form and let us know the  sizes and quantities of the floral items you need.

Once you complete the form,  you will receive an emailed wedding proposal. No surprises, no hidden fees and a few different options you can choose from.

Once you have reviewed our proposal and feel our  approach will fit with your planning,  you can schedule a phone consultation with one of our event managers.

During our phone consultation, we will get to know each other, chat about your event, go through the details of your proposal to make sure we have the numbers and sizes right.  We will also talk through the floral process together.  

*Please note our designers will pick the many of your flowers for you, based on beauty,  seasonality & colour.

After the phone consultation, we will then revise our proposal based on what we have discussed .

Once the final revision has been reviewed and approved, we will send you an invoice. At this time the initial deposit of $100 is due. Once received, your date is saved and you are officially a booked client (YAY!)

Once your date has been booked,  we will set up a design call.  It is a super fun call where we will discuss your inspirational images and any specific flowers you would like to see in your designs.

We offer most of our arrangements in a few different sizes. The images below should give you an idea of how big each size is,  although the size varies a little for each design. For example, lush green airy designs, will appear larger in size than round compact floral designs even thought the same quality of flowers will be used.
